Every once in awhile, you run across a neighborhood that leaves a lasting impression. As for myself, Fairmont Place is one of those places. In my Real Estate travels (showing property) I showed some homes in Fairmont Place. It’s located in Boynton Beach close to Dining, Shopping, Downtown Delray Beach, I95, the Florida Turnpike and the Palm Beach Intl Airport. So what’s so different about Fairmont Place?
First of all, it’s a small community of 185 single family homes built in the 1987/1988 era. It consists of 2 and 3 bedroom homes that range in size from about 1,400 sq ft to about 1,600 sq ft and they all have either 1 or 2 car garages. The homes are affordable and adorable. But most of all, it feels like a real neighborhood. It has tree lined streets and a real homey feeling. In talking with some of the long time residents, they love it.
The HOA fees are very reasonable (about $750 a quarter) and the amenities are plentiful. Just like some of the larger communities, they include:
- Gated Entry
- Community Pool
- Fitness Center
- Hot Tub
- Cable TV
- Exterior Painting
- Yard Maintenance
- Trash Pickup
- A Variety of Clubs and Activities
